I celebrated my 27th birthday at work today
with an owl cake I worked on for 2 nights
and a shirt Melanie made and insisted that I wear (I put it on at lunch only. ha!)
Lots of sweet cards and candy from friends at work. My favorite was a card from a coworker's 3-year old...it even had an owl on it!
After work, I celebrated with the parents and plan to celebrate more later this month.
It was a great day!
(and now I have crashed multiple times just trying to put this post together...goodnight)

So glad you had a great birthday! Can't wait to see you in a few weeks!! You should take the owl b'day shirt to work for each of your co-workers birthdays now and let them wear it too!
