Southern Fried Labor Day

We had so much fun this weekend in Atlanta with family. Most of the weekend was spent outside watching football and baseball, too! We laughed about family stories, watched the kiddos play and dance, and ate way too much good food!

The Bama boys getting ready to go to the game! We went in shifts...which was awesome. Some of us went much later. We were all dropped off on the side of the road which was funny and great all at the same time...very little walking! After the game our rides were waiting on us!

Our traditional victory picture! I have to sit on my uncle's left side during the games...he won't let me sit anywhere else. Well, this game we were on the other side of the field, and he wanted to be closer to the 50 so I was on his right...until the second half when I reminded him of our typical sitting arrangements...guess it worked. ha!

These are some of my favorite pics from the weekend. I had a lot of favorites but just picked a few! The first are at duck pond where we met a photographer to get some pics of the little ones. They weren't too happy about it, but she did get some good ones. These were some I took as we were leaving.

Completed 13 initial evaluations last month...we usually have 4-8...starting this month off with one every day this week...so tired of looking at the computer screen but so thankful to have a job.
May or may not have spent way too much money today on things with owls on them at my favorite red store that starts with a T...some of the stuff was just $1!!! Go check it out!
Talked my dad into going to another store before dinner and found a very cute V-neck owl T-shirt! Owls are everywhere!

Yet Another Victory for the Tide!

Saturday was the big Alabama/Auburn game, and I got to go for the first time. I am so glad this was my first...what a game!!! I had a ticket one year but gave it away to go shopping and ended up guarding the TV at the tailgating spot instead. :( The morning started off rainy but cleared up a little bit for the game. Luckily our seats are covered, so we did not get wet when it rained a little during the game. We did not sit down the entire game, and my body felt it the next morning! I also took way too many pictures once again! Enjoy!

Talking to our neighbors who grew up in the same town as dad, and he had my dad's mom as a kindergarten teacher(or 1st grade)...so random...such a small world!

In the picture above are friends of my parents and Jason and Jessica. Find the football...Jessica is right behind it in the grey jacket walking to her seat...scan to the right and Jason is at his seat with white hat, long sleeve crimson shirt and drink in hand. Our seats are across the field from them, but I got this from field level before the game. We are too far apart when I tried this another game from our seats.
