A Wonderful Life
Today a dear family friend who is also the grandmother of my cousins and SIL, went to be with the Lord. To say that she will be missed is an understatement. She was a mixture of sugar and spice as she was so sweet and kind but also had a bit of spunk to her as well. She always knew that Jason and Jessica would end up together and probably prayed for them to fall in love. :) My dad mentioned the other day that she spent a lot of her time with my grandmother when she was dying many years ago which makes her that much more special to my family. She was someone who put others before herself and brought smiles on the faces of anyone she met.
Praying for her loved ones during this time and rejoicing in a wonderful life lived by a wonderful lady.

A Lesson in Patience
*Friday update* Picked my computer up at BB this afternoon at no charge! Woohoo! Updates coming soon as soon as I re-install my camera software and download pictures!
*Wed. update* Well, no word from BB on the status of my computer, so I went to the store to see why they never called and what is going on with the less than a year old computer. Naturally there is nothing wrong with the hardware or whatever is covered under the warranty, so to fix this lovely problem they will only charge me $129 for the less than a year old computer to be fixed. Also, they need the back-up CD that came with my computer which is in the box in another box probably in storage...I hope that it is in the box. Hopefully, I will have it back by the end of the week. There is work to be done, and I am running low on patience! :)
Hope everyone had a great Wednesday! The weekend will be here before we know it!
My less than a year old laptop is not working...not starting up to be exact. I took it in yesterday and have not heard from BB on the status...probably not a good sign. Hopefully the 3 year service plan will come in handy and will get my computer fixed or replaced. Fortunately, I bought an external hard drive last weekend and moved all of my files over to it before taking it in to be repaired. The bad news is that I am unable to upload my photos from this weekend's game until I get my computer back. I already knew I spent too much time on my computer but not having it has really reminded me that I do in fact spend way too much time on my computer and am not patient when it comes to this piece of technology. I am very patient when it comes to working with people in therapy everyday in fact, people tell me that frequently, but I am definitely not patient when it comes to working with technology. I get frustrated when a page will not load in 10 seconds or less...that is bad. I wish I could be as patient with technology as I am in my job...well, we can't all be perfect, so I guess I will just live with not having the patience to work with technology. It's more important to have patience with my patients!

This Is How We Roll
Alabama 34, Clemson 10...
This past weekend we headed to Atlanta for the first Alabama football game of the season. We left Friday afternoon and stopped in Chattanooga to spend the night with my granddaddy. Saturday morning we headed to Big Canoe, GA to visit with family before heading to Atlanta for the big game. (Will add those pics later)
Here are pictures from the weekend!

Here are pictures from the weekend!
The flag while driving on I-24.
Dad is so excited he can't help but smile.
(The pics at the game were all taken from my smaller Canon camera.)
Both bands playing the National Anthem.
B-A-M-A! Ala-Bama! ROOLLLL TIDE ROLLLLL!
Pretty sure I was exhausted by this point in the day/weekend!
The game was so fun and such a great way to start out the season! Looking forward to the next one.
More Atlanta pictures coming soon!!!
